The room was very clean, and the bed proved comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located near both the westfield shopping center and several transportation options. staff members were friendly and helpful . i appreciated the easy check-in process. It was quick and efficient.

the tv remote was not working properly, it was only a minor inconvenience.

The location was convenient , only a five-minute walk from Shepherd's Bush Market Tube station. The check-in process was easy , and the staff were friendly. I found the room and hotel very clean.

The door lock was temperamental , it was difficult to operate. There was no bedside lamp available in the room. I found the bathroom to be very small.

excellent location helpful staff clean room useful fan

the location proved excellent for my needs with easy access to public transport the reception staff were genuinely helpful addressing any concerns promptly the room was notably clean upon arrival i also found the provision of a fan very useful given the warm weather

one minor inconvenience was the limited space in the bathroom it made moving around a bit challenging

helpful staff clean room good bathroom convenient access

i found the staff helpful and polite, especially regarding local directions. my room was quite clean and the bathroom was a good size. the central line access made getting around very easy (i also liked the nearby bus lines). the window opened, a plus.

the floorboards did creak a bit in my room.
